Hiromi Parks

Hiromi is passionate about educating her clients about their legal rights and aims to empower clients to make the best decisions for their unique circumstances. For this reason, Hiromi provides individualized legal counseling and representation that focuses on informing clients about their options based on their goals and achieving those goals. 

Hiromi is a seasoned employment attorney, representing employees in a wide range of issues covering workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage disputes. She also provides services to employers to navigate and stay in compliance with complex California employment laws. 

In addition to employment law, Hiromi is passionate about assisting clients in protecting their loved ones and their assets by establishing and updating their estate planning. As a mother, Hiromi understands the importance of having an estate plan, especially for families with minor children. 

Hiromi earned her B.A. in liberal arts with a concentration in international studies from Soka University of America, and her law degree from Chapman University Fowler School of Law. During her undergraduate years, Hiromi studied abroad at Universidad de Chile - Santiago, in Chile where she learned Spanish and Chilean culture. 

Aside from practicing law, Hiromi enjoys spending time with her family, baking with her daughter, cooking and eating, traveling, and exploring the nature.
